DQ Steel Bucket (Shallow Bottom)

  • Our carbon steel bucket and stainless steel bucket are all made by the stamping process, it is seamless of one whole unit. We have two types of whole stamping steel buckets, one shallow bottom steel bucket, DQ type, and another DS type, deep bottom steel bucket. It is a DQ type.

Details of DQ Steel Bucket (Shallow Bottom)

We have two types of whole stamping steel buckets, one shallow bottom steel bucket, DQ type, and another DS type, deep bottom steel bucket.

The whole stamping means no welding mark. Seamless, the whole bucket is made of one unit.

Our whole stamping steel bucket use high-quality steel and a deep-drawn manufacturing process. This bucket has more strength and abrasion resistance ability than the welding type.

However, due to the steel plate’s elongation, the steel bucket’s depth is not as great as that of the plastic bucket. This means the C size is relatively close, like DQ1314 and DS1314. The applications also don’t differ a lot.

But we can make both carbon steel and stainless steel for all the table sizes below. If the C size is significant for the stainless steel material bucket, we can use the more giant thickness plate for manufacture due to its lower elongation rate.

***Why the stainless steel metal bucket price is higher?

  1. The raw material price is high;
  2. Stainless steel has a high breakage rate during the production process. For example, if a hole is found in the bucket during the production process, it will be scrapped. So the scrap rate is high.

Therefore, the price of stainless steel cannot be simply calculated according to the material price, but there is a major premise that all the materials on our list can be made.

Characteristics:

  • The whole stamping metal steel bucket adopts the deep drawn process, one unit stamping and forming, and has better integrity strength and anti-abrasion ability.
  • Can suitable different temperatures, especially can work in the high-temperature circumstance.
  • The surface hardness is high so that it can deliver the material with very sharp angles.
  • It can work for heavy materials.
  • Can work with plastic buckets together in one elevator to increase the elevator efficiency, but need to pay attention to the whole equipment balance problems.

Use advice

  • Use for the high-speed centrifugal material discharging;
  • Recommend “Z-Y”+5% as the usable capacity for engineer design.
