DX type low damage grain buckets differ from the other rice mill buckets. It is a specialised elevator bucket, which is a new type.

It is a kind of high capacity high-efficiency, low-damage bucket for grains etc.

It keeps a sliding way in the back of the bucket and increases the bucket’s internal capacity. It is widely used in dried grain, post-processed feed and seeds that need low damage handling requirements for the elevator.

The drier equipment and bucket are initially from KANEKO agricultural grain drier in Japan and SUNCUE GRAINER DRYER in Taiwan.

DX bucket is used for high-temperature drying application, mostly for paddy, wheat, maize, bean, corn, sunflower seed, rapeseed, sorghum, seeds, pulses, cocoa or coffee and other grains.

There is another DH bucket, it is a low-temperature drier application. It is also used for the sample materials.

Use advice

• It is used for low-speed gravity style material lifting style;
• Recommend the bucket installation distance the height of bucket back height C size+15mm;
• Recommend “capacity (L) ” as the use capacity for your engineer design;
• Below the table, the size is for HDPE material. Because of the differences in the material shrinkage; Nylon and PU elevator bucket size is approximately more than 2%;
