Application range of our feed conveying screw design.
Our custom feed screws are mainly used in liquid packaging equipment, including bottle handling systems for beverages, cosmetics, detergents and other daily chemical products. The screw helps separate, guide and position bottles during continuous packaging operations.

The feed screw can be designed to handle both round bottles and special-shaped bottles. The screw profile, pitch and groove geometry are customized according to the bottle shape, size and movement requirements of the packaging line.
Manufacturing materials of filling conveying screw.
Feed screws can be manufactured from PA6 nylon, UHMWPE or PTFE according to wear, friction and operating requirements. For this Israel project, the selected structure combined nylon with SS304 stainless steel components to provide a balance of low-friction bottle contact and internal structural strength.

Points for Attention in Order Negotiation.
Before production, we first discuss the actual packaging application with the customer. The customer needs to provide bottle samples, bottle dimensions or detailed drawings, together with information about where and how the bottles will be handled in the production line.
Based on this information, we design the feed screw profile and select a suitable material. After the design is completed, we prepare a 3D simulation and drawing for customer confirmation before production starts.
Matters that must be paid attention to before production.
Rotation direction and conveying direction are critical parameters for customized feed screws and must be confirmed carefully before production. An incorrect rotation or feeding direction can make the finished screw unusable in the customer’s equipment.
During design and production review, we also simulate the bottle movement to check for possible bottle falling, unstable feeding or positioning problems. If any issue is identified, the screw parameters or 3D model are adjusted before final production.
