Conveyor Chain
Chain Specification
- Chain GLF100(6)DX225, 500m
- Chain GLF100(6)Dx290 without support, 600m
- Chain GLF100(8)Dx430, 120m
- Chain GLR66.5(5) SS , 120m
That means YT conveyor manufactures the bulk handling drag conveyor chain for both carbon material and stainless steel.
Also, we have the main two types of conveyor chains, one is GLF type, and the other is GLR type.
290 and 430 mean the length of the metal flight. On the metal flight, it will install UHMWPE plastic flight on it. These two sizes of chains have a longer flight, so we produce the support for that.

With hole or Without hole Type
There are two types of installation holes, with hole type and without hole type.
If clients need the hole type, we will send the drawing for approval. We will drill the hole free of charge for clients.
However, given the complication of working circumstances, clients need to change the hole types (size and position) to the detailed working conditions. So they will require the no-hole type, and drill the holes in the installation site themselves. It is all OK for us.
Material of the Plastic Flight to Conveyor Chain
The material of conveyor chain commonly has two types: one is PE(HDPE) type, and the other is UHMWPE type. UHMWPE type has an expensive price but has a long use life due to its strong anti-wear ability.

Type of the Sprocket
You can see there are two types of sprockets in this order. One is the one-unit type, and another is the split type.
This depends on the clients’s requirements. The client will consider the easy maintenance of the sprocket while the bulk material handling.
Nylon Roller
Specification of the NYLON Roller
- Nylon chain roller 97x25x80mm-34mm, for 430 chain, 200pcs
- Nylon chain roller 97x25x80mm-26mm, for 290 chain, 500pcs
It is used to support the chain while the chain is operated during transmission, in case the chain will be extended to the bottom due to its gravity.
34mm and 26mm means the width of the roller, this width area will be suited for the right size of the chain width.
Nylon has good self-lubrication and anti-wear ability, so it is well-used in this application. You can check the detailed video from the above chain conveyor video.

Pins for Replacement of Chain
For the long time running the conveyor chain, some parts will run out (wear out). Mostly the pin is the first part for broken. So client also bought some pins of the chains for replacement.
Specification of Pin
- Solid Round Pin: Dia 5mm, for GLF430 chain, 1,000pcs
- Open Mouth Pin: Dia 4mm, for GLF225(210) chain and GLF290chain, 1,000pcs
You don’t need to worry about the pin types, they are based on the chain types of what you ordered. We have all the records of them.
