PU Polyurethane has good performance of wear resistance, impact resistance and anti-static.

It has a wide adjustable range of hardness.

PU with steel mesh keeps the original material performance of the soft, and anti-impact, and also significantly reduce the sheet ageing broken problem, then expands the product use life of the sheet.

It is widely used in the port, granary chute as a buffer board and lining panel. It can also be used for the smaller chute as a grain slid tube. The operation noise is low, the use life is long and the good performance ensures a reduction in the breakage rate of the material during transportation.

• Our biggest PU Polyurethane sheet dimension is 5000x1260mm, actually, we use two moulds 2500x1260mm together to reach this dimension. Under the dimension 2120x1260mm, all the sizes we can cut by your requirement.
• There are two types of PU Polyurethane products(density 1.27kgs/cbm), one is the common PU Polyurethane, and another is the wire mesh screen PU Polyurethane coated product.
• Thickness range for production: common PU Polyurethane sheet is 4-30mm, steel wire mesh type of PU sheet is 6-30mm, commonly it is not over 20mm.
• Use temperature: under 75℃.
• Features: It has a strong anti-wear ability, which is about four times that of the UHMW PE sheet. Small shrinkage rate, stable in performance, anti-static, does not burn in case of the fire flame.
• Purpose: PU plastic flight, lining plate instead of UHMW PE and sliding tube( the max temperature for sliding tube is 65℃.)
