BR Arc Drag Conveyor Flight

BR type of arc drag plastic scraper flight paddle is for U type scraper conveyor, the self-cleaning scraper conveyor.

It has material HDPE, UHMWPE, PA and PU. We can customise the hole diameter and all other flight sizes by clients’ requirements.

We have economic reinforced UHMWPE material for high-temperature application with color black.

Details of BR Arc Drag Conveyor Flight

BR Arc Drag Conveyor Flight, scraper blade paddle for U-type scraper chain conveyor(Self-cleaning scraper conveyor).

Similar to BF type, BR type common material is UHMWPE and HDPE. Other materials are PA(polyurethane) and PU (nylon)

UHMWPE has more anti-abrasion ability than HDPE material. But the anti-high temperature ability is lower than PU(nylon). UHMWPE is the most widely used material for this application now in the industry.

We also improved a kind of reinforced UHMWPE material, it improves the anti-high temperature ability. The price is cheaper a lot compared with PU nylon. The colour is black or dark grey below.

PA material is seldom used now. Even though it has a higher anti-wear ability than UHMWPE, the price is high. Some rice mills will use PA material.

Now the reinforced UHMWPE replaced the PU nylon material of the flight. Reinforced UHMWPE flight can be used at the same temperature as PU, the price is cheaper. So then Nylon PU material is used less and less. The ring chain for the conveyor still uses Nylon flight. The flight size could be customized.

Our BR series plastic flight is used for a U-type scraper conveyor, a self-cleaning scraper conveyor.
