The BR arc drag conveyor flight is a scraper paddle designed for U-type scraper conveyors, also known as self-cleaning scraper conveyor systems.

It is mounted on the scraper chain to convey materials efficiently while reducing material accumulation and improving system performance.

Material Options and Characteristics

Similar to BF type scraper flights, BR type flights are available in multiple material options depending on working conditions:

UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

  • Most widely used material in the industry
  • Excellent anti-abrasion performance
  • Cost-effective solution
  • Suitable for most conveying applications

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)

  • Lower cost option
  • Suitable for light-duty applications
  • Moderate wear resistance

Reinforced UHMWPE

  • Improved high-temperature resistance compared with standard UHMWPE
  • Can replace PU (nylon) material in most applications
  • More cost-effective than PU
  • Available in black or dark grey
