UHMW PE Plastic Sheet, Tube and Rod Manufacturer in China

UHMW pe is a thermoplastic engineering plastic. It is polymerised by ethylene and butadiene monomer under the action of a catalyst.

The average molecular weight is between 1.5 million to 9.2 million.

The product combines the superior performance of many plastics. It has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, self-lubricity and other characteristics.

Features of UHMW PE plastic sheet tube rod:

• With low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, and high impact resistant.
• Excellent chemical stability. Can improve the corrosion resistance and anti-static performance by changing the formula of the engineering plastic.
• The use temperature range is -150 °C to 85 °C.
• UHMW PE has low water absorption.
• Coefficient of thermal expansion: when the environment temperature >=100°C, the thermal deformation rate is about 2-3%.

• The standard specification is 3060x1260mm, thickness 6.5-30mm. We can cut it to the size you require.
• We have three types of UHMW PE sheet: white UHMW pe for common use, black UHMW pe for anti-static purposes, and grey UHMW pe is reinforced type.
• Commonly the molecular weight is five million. Higher molecular weight, higher anti-abrasion. It is also called PE1000, which is equal to our five million molecular. This is not HDPE. HDPE molecular is only two hundred thousand molecular weight.
