M elevator bucket is a kind of bucket in the middle of DS deep bottom and DQ shallow bottom. We called it a middle deep bottom bucket.  From the data, it means the C size.

Why design this bucket? Elevator buckets have different running speeds. M elevator buckets can match more elevator linear speeds.

DS bucket relies on material gravity discharging, the running speed can not be quick. It depends on its own weight to discharge the materials. DQ is centrifugal discharge style, the speed needs to be quick, then it can get the centrifugal force. Therefore, the M bucket can adapt to both high-speed and low-speed running. From this point, the M bucket is a future design direction. But different bucket elevator designers have different opinions. Bucket elevator shape concerns the elevator working efficiency,  but it is still other factors that need to be considered, like running linear speed, the bucket installation distance, head pulley diameter etc.

Use advice:

• Suitable for high-speed centrifugal discharge and light bulk material lifting
• Below the table, the size is for HDPE material. Because of the differences in the material shrinkage; Nylon and PU elevator bucket size is approximately more than 2%;
• Recommend (Z-Y)+10% capacity data as your engineering design use.
