Details of D Bucket (Deep Bottom in INCH)

D Type of elevator bucket is a kind of heavy-duty deep bottom bucket for agricultural use, handling grain, feed, seed, bean, corn, wheat, soybean, pellets, cereal, fertilizer, salt etc.

This shape of bucket could replace the USA-based Maxi-lift HD series bucket.

When we design the bucket, we also consider our domestic elevator bucket use condition. It is a kind of Chinese and abroad combined shape bucket which is well sold all over the world.

We optimized the bucket design:

Increased the bucket front lip thickness to increase the abrasion resistance and impact ability., decrease elevator maintenance rate, optimize the discharge angle, and increase the water level for higher elevator capacity.

Due to the rust defects of the meal steel bucket, at present, our D bucket is also used in the domestic glass industry for quartz sand. Because quartz sand is used for glass fabrication, the glass contacts the metal window frame, and then rust is not allowed. Therefore, the steel bucket has been changed to a plastic bucket. Most of them are still made of nylon material instead of HDPE for their higher density property.

Use advice:

  • It is used for the big capacity requirement material;
  • Below the table, the size is for HDPE material. Because of the differences in the material shrinkage; Nylon and PU elevator bucket size is approximately more than 2%;
  • Recommend (Z-Y)+10% capacity data as your engineering design use.
