Impact Bar UHMW Conveyor Bed

The impact bar combines rubber, metal frame(steel or aluminium) and UHMW PE material.

We use a unique heat vulcanization process for UHMWPE material. The low friction impacts bars are used in the conveyor loading points or transfer points to replace traditional cushion rollers.

The impact bar bed is designed to absorb high-impact loading and help eliminate spillage and scattering of the products. It has less wear and tears force on your conveyor system. This dramatically improves the efficiency of the conveyor system and reduces maintenance costs.

Features of Impact Bar Bed

  • Impact bars distribute evenly under the conveyor belt, absorbing the impact loading evenly to minimize the damage to the belt.
  • A high elastic rubber layer absorbs maximum impact to protect the conveyor belt.
  • Effectively reduce materials spillage from lading.
  • Extremely low friction coefficient UHMWPE top surface significantly reduces the friction force, decreases the conveyor belt’s heat, and protects the belt for longer service life.
  • “T-Slot” extruded metal frame allows for the purpose of fitting T bolts along the entire length of the bar.
  • Our impact bar is also available in Fire Resistant and Anti-Static (FRAS). It complied with MDG3608, as1334.10 and MT 113-1995 standards. These products are suitable for underground applications.

  • One set T-Bolt for the UHMW conveyor bar included: one M16 square bolt, one M16 flat washer, one M16 spring washer and an M16 Nyloc nut.
  • We have square head T Bolt M16x 40mm, M16x50mm and M16x60mm. If you need longer-length T bolts, they are also available upon request.
